Jack T. Thein, Senior Partner

Career Objectives Jack enjoys helping people solve their financial security needs. Over the years he has developed a large and loyal client base, both personal and business. He represents a complete line of insurance programs.

Education Jack was born and raised in the Dayton area, graduating from Chaminade High School in 1957 and the University of Dayton in 1961, majoring in Economics. He entered the Insurance Business in 1960.

Awards, Memberships & Community Involvement Jack has qualified for many industry awards such as The National Sales Achievement Award, The National Quality Award and The Million Dollar Round Table, of which he is a life member. Jack has also been affiliated with the Chaminade Alumni Board, The University of Dayton, The Dayton Lions Club, Ducks Unlimited Chairman and a board member of the Dayton Association of Life Underwriters.

Michael A. Thein CLU ChFC, CFPTM, LTCP, Registered Representative/Owner

Career Objectives Throughout his professional career Mike has made a commitment to provide his clients with the financial products and services they need to achieve their personal financial and business expectations. In achieving his professional designations (CLU, ChFC, CFPTM, LTCP), and through continuous advanced educational training, Mike has acquired the knowledge and skills to provide his clients with the highest level of Financial Management Service. "It is my priority to provide the financial products, counseling and personal service that can help make life a little easier for my clients."

Education Mike graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services and Insurance. He also achieved, his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), and Long-term Care Professional (LTCP) designations, and further education in Advanced Pension, Profit Sharing and Estate Planning.

James P. Thein CLU LTCP, Registered Representative/Owner

Career Objectives Jim deals with his clients and referrals on a personal basis. "It's important to me to really understand the needs of my clients. By knowing their financial objectives, I am in a better position to recommend the products and services that will help them achieve their ultimate goals. It's also important to me to keep pace with the latest financial developments and opportunities without losing site of the traditional values of personal service and commitment."

Education Jim graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Services. He is currently working on his MBA in Finance. He has achieved his Chartered Life Underwriters (CLU) designation.

Jim is also a Qualifying and Life Member of the Million Dollar Round Table and has Qualified for Court of the Table.

Karen A. Dieringer, Registered Representative/Office & Client Services Senior Administrator

Karen is the Office & Client Services Senior Administrator for Jim and Mike Thein's personal clients and handles all servicing needs. She is a Registered Representative with her Life and Health Insurance license. She also helps Jim Thein handle all 401(k) servicing needs.

Darla S. Ross, Director of Group Benefits

Darla Ross is the Director of Employee Benefits Consultants. She brings 19 years of expertise to the group benefits side of the company. She is Life and Health insurance licensed.

Ronda Ellis, Administrative Assistant

Ronda Ellis is the administrative assistant to Thein Financial Group and Employee Benefits Consultants. She handles both personal and group clients for Mike & Jim Thein. Ronda also is Jack Thein's personal assistant. She handles all servicing duties for Jack's clients.
